HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
In
stock items are normally despatched within 24 hours. Once orders have been dispatched you will receive a comfirmation e-mail to let you know. Orders received after
1pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. In the event that
an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any delay
and despatch the items as soon as possible.
Made to order items may take a little longer to create so please allow 4-10 days for delivery of your custom design.

WHAT ARE VIXXIE JEWELS JEWELLERY PARTIES?
Vixxie Jewels Parties are a great excuse to get the girls together to chat , have a giggle and pamper yourselves!. We hold regular parties at various locations in ireland, which are hosted by our customers. I supply all of the decorations, background music and of course the Jewellery. Hosts may supply snacks and drinks if they so wish. Anyone who hosts a Vixxie Jewels Party will receive 10% off all purchases for every €100 of purchases made on the day. E.g if €100 of purchases are made host recieved 10% off; if €200 of purchases are made host will receive 20% off etc . We hold a raffle at every party for an item of vixxie Jewels Jewellery. You also can request the option to include a Beading lessons at the party, however for this there will be a cover charge to cover costs of materials. Everyone who takes part gets to make their own gift and take it home with them.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the jewellery that you have ordered you may return the goods to us, unworn, in perfect condition and with all the tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of invoice.
We will be happy to offer you an exchange for the full amount charged. We offer refunds for faulty items only please e-mail us before send back faulty items. You will be resposible for any postal charges incurred.
For reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and recommend that when returning the unwanted goods you obtain proof of postage.
Please note that hand painted items or hand dyed items may differ in colour/shade than that of the photograph. These items are one of a kind and different batches of beads may differ. Please note that all care and attention is taken to ensure that items dispatched are as close as possible to the original design in the picture but shades may very.
We recommend in order to get the most out of you jewellery that you follow the care instructions below:
All metals tarnish (go green or discolour) when exposed to prolongued periods of wear & tear, water or the elements. This is caused by the interaction of chemicals in the metal and the surrounding elements. The tendency to tarnish (discolour) is a directly correlated with the purity of the metal itself i.e the purer the metal the longer it takes to tarnish. The purest metal is 24 carat gold and therefore does not tarnish. Sterling Silver and Gold Filled metals contain a small amount of alloy metals and therefore have a tendency to tarnish but at a slow rate. But once polished they get back their as new shine. All other plated or dipped metals have a greater mix of alloy metals and so tarnish very easily. These items are better used for fashion jewellery since with wear the outer coating of silver/gold will wear off and therefore are difficult to polish.
Care instructions:-
- Keep your jewellery out of direct dunlight, preferably in a dry air tight container when not in use. Try putting an anti-tarnish tablet in your jewellery box for best results.
- Keep Your Jewellery clean using a soft cloth (glasses cloth) or small soft bristle brush.
- Don't store your precious metals i.e sterling silver with your fashion jewellery. It may speed up the tarnishing process.
- Avoid spraying purfume or deodorant directly onto your jewellery. Alcohol will damage your jewellery.
- Stretch elastic bracelets lose elasticity with time so be gentle.
- Special coated beads are made using a very delicate process. So keep beads away from moisture and water.
DO YOU MAKE REPAIRS?
We all know how distressing it can be if a treasured piece of jewellery breaks and you cannot wear it anymore. Do not fear I am able to fix a number of minor beading repairs including broken clasps, broken claps, broken strings, missing companents, restringing, replacement links etc......
So that faithful old necklace you once treasured, will no longer sit in the back of the drawer but will a little but of Vixxie TLC will be gracing your neckline again in no time.
Prices vary depending on the extensity of the repair and the need for replacement items.
Please note this repair service applies ONLY to minor beaded jewellery repairs. I do not have the required equipment available to fix solid metal items. Some items may not be repairable.
